2026 season

One subscription per community, per season

A community pays once for the software before its first lock, and members pay Clutchhall nothing to play. There is no per-player fee, no charge tied to selections or standings, and no money of any kind moving through Clutchhall inside a competition.

  • Nothing charged to a member. Members pay Clutchhall nothing to play.

Account creation does not charge a card. The season subscription is started from inside the community, in its Subscription room, once you have drafted it.

Renewal terms
What is charged, and when
One charge of $249 per community, collected before the community’s first lock. Not monthly, and not per member.
How often it renews
Once per year, ahead of the next season, until you cancel. This is an automatically renewing subscription, and Clutchhall sends a renewal notice in advance of each renewal charge.
How to cancel
From the community’s own Subscription room, in the same number of steps it took to subscribe, or by emailing support addressrequired before launch. Cancelling stops the next renewal; paid access continues through the paid-through date.
Refund rule
A full refund on an initial season charge when requested within 14 calendar days of that charge. The full rule, including renewals, is in refunds and cancellation.
After paid access ends
The community becomes read-only for a 90-day export window rather than losing its history immediately.
Tax
Price is before applicable tax. The sales-tax treatment and the jurisdictions where tax is collected are tax determinationrequired before launch.

This is a preview, not a plan

A commissioner may create an account, draft one community, and configure draft competitions without a card. A paid entitlement is required before that community can open a live competition or invite participants, because that is the moment Clutchhall starts enforcing locks on other people’s selections.

There is no permanent no-cost tier. During private rehearsal a small number of communities may receive a recorded complimentary entitlement in exchange for testing; that is never represented as the public price.

Why one charge instead of monthly

The product is seasonal, and the failure mode is lopsided. A card declined in Round 9 could lapse an entitlement mid-season and lock a community out of its own deadline — which is the exact trust failure the launch criteria forbid. Collecting once before the first lock removes that entire class of failure for the whole season.

It also matches how a community actually works. The community persists across seasons; a competition does not. Billing the community once per season, rather than each member each month, keeps Clutchhall’s revenue completely separate from participation and from results.

One subscription belongs to one community
Not to one person. If ownership of a community transfers, the subscription stays with the community.
A member can belong to several subscribed communities
Without buying anything. There is no individual plan to buy.
Nothing is charged on an outcome
No per-player fee, no outcome-based fee, no percentage of anything, no wallet, no balance, no payout, and no prize funding. The product ships no field or flow for any of them.

Where the money stops

Clutchhall never handles the money

Clutchhall does not collect, hold, pool, settle, or distribute entry money, wagers, prize pools, or winnings, and ships no field or flow for doing so. A commissioner cannot use Clutchhall billing to collect anything from participants.

Responsibility for any arrangement between members, and for compliance with applicable law, rests with the commissioner and the community. Clutchhall neither endorses nor administers such arrangements. See the customer terms and acceptable use.
